About Me

Hello and thank you for visiting JMarie Photography! My name is Janet and I am the owner/lead photographer for the business. I started my business in 2018, and began specializing in 2020 in family/maternity, couples/engagement, and wedding photography (but all session concepts are welcomed!) I am currently calling Dallas, TX home, but I am ALWAYS down to travel :). When I’m not behind the cam (or in front of a computer), you can usually find me on a streaming binge with the fam, cuddling with my dogs, or shamelessly researching DIY’s on YouTube. :) Please browse the FAQs below for more info, check out the JMP Merch Shop, and head over to the contact page to schedule your next session! FAQs

do you offer discounts?

yes, I offer incentives for referrals from previous clients and a rewards program for returning clients. i also host mini sessions during the holiday season. be sure to sign up for my newsletter (reload the homepage) to be notified.

How long will it take to receive our gallery or print items?

sneak peeks will be available for wedding galleries within 72 hours from your wedding date. This is usually 10-20 images, with The full gallery being delivered within two - four weeks. print items (such as canvases and wedding albums) will depend on package specifications and third party vendor lead times. portrait galleries will be delivered within one week, unless specified in your contract. rush orders may incur additional fees. please submit a contact form for more details.

is travel included in your packages?

my packages are designed for local travel time of two hours or less, roundtrip (excluding traffic). additional charges will be applicable for travel accommodations, based on location. please Submit a contact request form for more details.

do you offer video services?

some wedding packages include the filming of social media content, such as gifs and reels for instagram, but i am not currently offering packages to include traditional wedding or highlight films. Please sign up for the email list to be the first to know when these updates go live!

what is your policy for returns?

digital products are not eligible for return/refund. shipped items will be ineligible for return/refund if damaged or no proof of purchase is provided. please contact me via email (jmariephotographyco@gmail.com) for specific instructions on your situation.

how will my memories be protected?

Your memories are immediately backed up at the conclusion of your shoot to an external hard drive for safe keeping. wedding galleries are available for secured client download via the online code you received for up to one year and portrait sessions for six months.
